Last updated: 7 October 2026. This policy covers the Sarasvi marketing website (sarasvi.nmtsolution.com). It describes only what this website collects.
What this website collects
- Demo-request form: name, work email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), institution, role, number of students, your message and your consent tick, plus the page address and time of submission.
- Newsletter form: your email address.
- Feedback form: name, email, role, school and city, your feedback, and whether you allow us to publish it. We publish feedback only if you tick that box, word for word, with the name, role and school you gave.
- With every form: the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (e.g.
utm_source), your country, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address (we never store the IP itself). We use these to stop spam and to know which campaigns bring enquiries. - Our own website statistics (for visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland only after you click Accept): pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scroll, FAQ questions opened, videos played, form submissions, the referring site, campaign tags, screen size, language and country. These use no cookies; a random visit number is kept in your browser's session storage and deleted when you close the tab. We cannot identify you from them.
- Google Analytics 4 (only if enabled, and for visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland only after you click Accept): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and form-submission events. Google Analytics uses cookies (
_ga,_ga_*). - Your browser's local storage (not sent to us): your consent choice and the time you last sent a form, used to stop accidental duplicate submissions.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Who processes it
- Supabase: our database, which stores form submissions and our own website statistics.
- Resend: sends our team an email with the details of each form you submit, so we can reply quickly.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): website usage statistics, under Google's data processing terms.
- Vercel: hosts the website, runs the code that receives forms, and keeps standard server logs for security.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo, improve Sarasvi from your feedback (and publish it if you allowed us to) and, if you subscribed, send product updates. We use analytics to understand which pages help visitors and to count demo requests.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Website statistics are kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your choices and rights
- Withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage. The banner will then ask you again.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
- Ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, this includes your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR.
